What if my buyer fails to pay?

To help avoid missed payments, your buyer will receive regular reminders via email and SMS before any payment is due.

If Comfi cannot collect payment on the scheduled day, you cannot place new orders with a buyer through Comfi until all outstanding payments are settled. Additionally, your buyer will be charged a late fee.

Late Fee Structure:

  1. Grace Period (Days 1-7): No late fees will be charged during the first 7 days after the due date.

  2. Every 7 Days After the Due Date: A late fee of 200 AED will be added for each unpaid week, up to a maximum of 2,000 AED per overdue order.
