What if my customer fails a repayment?

If a customer repayment fails for any reason, Comfi will send a notification informing the users associated to the Comfi account the payment amount that has failed and the reason for failure. The notification may indicate a resolutive action to take such as changing the bank account or funding the bank account to ensure a successful retry.

If the payment cannot be reprocessed within 6 days from the original payment due date, the account will be considered delinquent and your Account Manager will reach out to discuss a plan to cure the account delinquency.
