Deals Status

You can keep track of and edit existing deals on your ‘Deals’ tab. Here, you can see the status of each deal, edit the service details of the deals that were not completed yet, and copy the Payment Link again to send to your Buyer.

To do this, go to the ‘Deals’ section on the left-hand menu, and click to see the deals status.

There are 8 different statuses:

  1. CREATED: The deal has just been created.

  2. SENT: The deal has been sent to the customer's email.

  3. INCOMPLETE: Customer hasn't submitted required information like KYB, bank data, or Direct Debit authorization.

  4. PROCESSING: The deal has been submitted by the customer and awaiting approval for Direct Debit authorization.

  5. APPROVED: The deal has been fully approved (Direct Debit Authorization has been approved).

  6. DELIVERED: The deal has been fulfilled by the seller and the payment date is calculated. The deal's repayment schedule begins here.

  7. REJECTED: The scoring has been rejected.

  8. COMPLETED: The deal has been successfully paid in full.
