Resolving Buyer Company Search Issues

When you attempt to search for a buyer company by its license number, you might encounter a situation where the company is not found in our registry. Here's what you should do:

  1. Verify the License Number: Ensure you have entered the correct license number. Double-check for any typos or errors in the number you have input.

  2. Add Manually: If the company is still not found after verifying the license number, look for the "+ Add manually" button.

  3. Enter Company Details: Click on the "+ Add manually" button and enter the necessary company details in the form provided.

  4. Submit for Verification: After filling out the form, submit it. The Comfi team will manually verify the company details and add them to the system.

Following these steps ensures that your buyer company is correctly registered in our system, enabling smooth transactions and efficient business operations.
