When searching for a buyer company using its license number, you may sometimes find that the company is not listed in our registry. If this occurs, follow these steps:

  1. Verify the license number: ensure you have entered the correct license number. Double-check for any typos or errors in the number you have input.

  2. Add manually: if the company is still not found after verifying the license number, please look for the "+ Add manually" button.

  3. Enter the company details: click on the "+ Add manually" button and fill in the necessary company information in the form provided.

  4. Submit for verification: once you have completed the form, submit it for review. The Comfi team will manually verify the company details and add them to the system.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your buyer company is accurately registered in our system, facilitating smooth transactions and efficient business operations.
