Yes, you can adjust the invoice if there are issues with the order.

  • If the invoice hasn't been settled by Comfi: Contact us at [email protected] or via WhatsApp to update the invoice details.

  • If the invoice has been delivered and settled: You'll need to start a refund process and return the difference amount paid by Comfi, minus our fee, for Comfi to adjust the final amount.
