At Comfi, we aim to support your business by ensuring responsible purchasing and payments. We send regular reminders to help you avoid missing payments.
If a payment is missed on the scheduled due date, further purchases through Comfi will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding amount is paid.
Additionally, a late fee will apply to your account:
Grace Period (Days 1-7): No late fees will be charged during the first 7 days after the due date.
Every 7 Days After the Due Date: An additional late fee of 200 AED will be added for each week that passes without payment, up to a maximum of 2,000 AED for each overdue payment.
Please note that invoices with Comfi are non-cancellable, and you are responsible for completing the full payment schedule.
